HIRING CREDIT INSTRUCTIONS
FOR VOUCHER APPLICATION PROCESSING

 

Complete Section I, Employee Information (you can download the form in Word format or complete the online form and print it out; save the file for use with other employees; the form must be mailed, faxed, or delivered to the zone manager at the address below.  Online processing is not available.

Complete Section II, Employer Information and Declaration

Complete Section III, Eligibility Category - The Yuba-Sutter Enterprise Zone State Tax Credit Program Guidelines provide more information on eligibility criteria.  There is also an online application that can be filled out and printed for your convenience.

*  If using the income eligibility criteria (Item D), the Income Verification Worksheet must be submitted with the application.  All voucher forms are available online.      

Submit the completed application, documentation to support at least one eligibility criteria and the state fee of $10 per application submitted.  Download the Application Submittal Form and add to the top of the request as page 1 and submit to:
