YUBA-SUTTER ENTERPRISE ZONE TAKES
STATE MARKETING AWARD

During the recent annual Enterprise Zone state conference held in Palmdale, California, the Yuba-Sutter Enterprise Zone received the Zone Excellence Award for Overall Marketing Programs as a result of the marketing program, "In the Zone."   This is an annual competitive award among all state enterprise zones.   Yuba-Sutter was also a finalist for three additional awards -- Marketing -- Other Media, for its website; Marketing -- Printed Material, for its oversized post card; and Marketing -- Partnerships, for its joint efforts with the local JTPA agencies in assisting zone businesses with the hiring credit process.
