MAP OF ZONE (Old & New)
The maps generally shows the boundaries of the enterprise zone that first expired on 10/14/2006 and the new zone area that has been provided conditional designation with a start date of 10/15/2006.

ADDRESS RANGES (pdf) (NEW ZONE)
The new zone area street range listing applies as of 10/15/2006.  For those in both the old zone and the new zone, the gap is closed and zone benefits continue.  All others, benefits apply after 10/15/2006.

ADDRESS RANGES (OLD ZONE)
The old zone area street range listing of all the streets and addresses within the zone boundaries can be found here but applies only to those new hires on or before 10/15/2006.

TEA RANGES
Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs) were established on March 4, 1997, covering Census Tracts 404 in Yuba County and 502 in Yuba City. Individuals living within these areas and employed by an Enterprise Zone business is automatically eligible as an EZ hiring credit eligible employee without taking into account income earned.  (New TEAs will be established as soon as final designation status is received.)  The TEA ranges were last updated on 4/6/2007.
