An individual residing is a designated Targeted Employment Area (TEA) and hired by an Enterprise Zone business is automatically eligible for the EZ Hiring Tax Credit Program.  Verification of residency is all that is required to determine eligibility.  Two designated TEAs have been established for the Yuba-Sutter Enterprise Zone -- Census Tract 404 in Yuba County and Census Tract 502 in Yuba City.  Street ranges for these TEAs became effective as of March 4, 1997, and updated on April 6, 2007.
