definitions: Street
name of street; alphabetical beginning with numerical streets, such as 1st, 2nd, etc.
Low, High, Side
refers to address range, with low being the lowest address and high being the highest
address in the range, such as low 10, high 25, any address between 10 and 25, including 10
and 25, is located within the zone; side refers to the side of the street, such as odd,
even, or both (both meaning that both sides of the street is included, where as odd refers
to only the odd numbers and even refers to only the even numbers)
Effect. Date
the date the address range was included in the zone; most streets have a
10/15/86 effective date; streets added after the designation of the zone will have a
different effective date; streets are only included as of the effective date
TEA Low, TEA High, TEA Side
(APPLIES TO BOTH OLD AND NEW ZONE AREAS)
similar to low, high, side, but refers to only those streets located within
an established Targeted Employment Area
(TEA)
The TEAs were effective as of 3/4/98 for all streets listed and updated on
4/6/2007. New TEAs will be established once the new
conditionally-designated zone receives final designation. The new
areas are not expected to become effective before early 2008.
Zip
indicates the location of the street as follows: 95901 (Marysville); 95961
(Olivehurst); 95991, 95992, and 95993 (Yuba City)
Take note
Some streets have a "0" street range because there may have not been any
development at the time the street was included in the zone. If you feel your
business is in the zone, but the list does not include your address, please contact the
Zone Manager for verification.
