A real estate commission is available to industrial realtors and agents procuring an industrial interest that results in buyers or tenants of property available for sale or lease on the publicly-owned properties at the Yuba County Airport Industrial Parks.

Resolution No. 1976-138, Yuba County Board of Supervisors, "Resolution Establishing its Policy for Payment of Commissions to Real Estate Brokers and Agents Who Procure Buyers or Tenants for Property of the County of Yuba Airport Available for Sale or Lease to Qualified Buyers" is available upon request.

Generally, the commission is based on 5 percent of the gross sale price or 5 percent of the gross rental for leases.
